Already well connected in the Banking industry, they are looking to augment the banking team with another experienced recruiter yet also looking to add to their commercial industry team to work alongside one other individual.

 

The staff turnover in this firm is way belwo the industry average and the business has forged a reputation for looking after its' staff.

Experience in either permanent or contract recruitment in this project management space would be highly beneficial - however the positions recruited are much more business focussed as opposed to technology driven so if you are a well rounded finance/accounting recruiter who can demonstrate experience in this space then we would like to talk to you.

This firm is one of the true IT specialists in the Sydney market. Privately owned, they have enjoyed year on year growth and are looking to add to their contract and permanent teams. 

Their teams have an average age in their early to mid thirties rather than their twenties, which is not to say they are old and boring, moreso it defines their culture of autonomous, self motivated and managing staff who know what they need to do to be succesful. 

 

It is quite hard on paper to differentiate one firm from another in the recruitment market so, suffice to say, they are a good bunch of people, you will enjoy a good brand behind you and be allowed to build your own client portfolio whilst also working on some existing accounts.   

There also exists the opportunity, as has happened before, for successful staff to build new practice areas for the business.

You will focus on increasing the company's presence across supply chain and procurement with a diverse client portfolio, some of which are part of Preferred Supplier Agreements. Your role will be to oversee the growth of business into alternate sectors,whilst still managing the relationships with key existing clients. 

You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of recruiting in this functional area, be able to win new business and be at the point in your career where you are looking for a possible step into a mangement role - either right now or in the near future.

Temp/Contract Recruiter

This is a new role within a low-key yet highly profitable recruitment business. With extremely low staff turnover and a focus on industries that have continued to grow in recent times, this firm has staff that are consistently out performing revenue targets and earning beyond average, even in this tough market.
Based out of a Western Sydney office, you will focus on developing the temporary and contracting offering to the firms' current client base, whilst at the same time growing your own portfolio with new relationships. 
Much of this work may come at the 'support' end of the market (sub $80,000 salaries) however the discipline that this client specialises in is one that means there is little in the way of direct competition. 
It is essential that you are of an open, approachable nature. You are comfortable dealing with companies in Western Sydney that may not be seen as 'top tier' blue chip organisations yet must be able to recognise the value there is in developing a relationship with these firms.
It is rare that this recruitment business loses a client, such is their strong level of repeat business.

It is preferable that you have had exposure to internal or on-site recruitment across the Asia-Pac region, though consideration will be given to those who have the right level of experience but not in Asia.

 

You will manage a team of staff but also be completely hands-on with regards your approach to client relationship management. Of utmost importance is the ability to navigate one's way through a complex business, to ensure service level agreements are being adhered to and also to continually look at ways of improving the service.
