The scope of this role will be defined by the vision and ability of the individual - something that is often heard and not always true. With a completely clean slate, you will drive the hiring initiatives across Australia (predominantly of sales and new business development staff), put the framework around the employment branding, attraction, on-boarding and retention of these key hires. 
There will initially be a very hands-on element to the job. At this key stage of the company's development, all the Directors are very hands-on, and there is no room for people simply wanting to just 'direct the traffic'.

This is a high profile role within a well respected iconic Australian ASX listed business.   Your division’s overall responsibility is to provide the highest calibre of advice and support to internal stakeholders across all business units within the organization in relation to all graduate related hiring activities.
As the manager of this team, you will be the focal point with regards developing and maintaining relationships with the business units, working closely both with your team of recruitment advisers and the broader Human Resource team to implement the right strategies to satisfy the firm’s graduate hiring needs.  
You will take overall responsibility for the end to end graduate recruitment process, taking a leading role in developing suitable marketing strategies to enhance student awareness, managing the necessary networking events around campus, and coordinating induction programs.   You should be an experienced resourcing professional with a background in managing and coordinating large volume recruitment campaigns – ideally at a graduate level, though consideration will be given to individuals who have handled similar volume campaigns in the white-collar market.  
It is essential that you are a driver of initiatives. You should be able to demonstrate prior experience of managing and implementing alternate sourcing strategies, be of a consultative nature, have the personality and charisma to hold the attention of large groups of people, yet also be comfortable dealing one-on-one with all levels of the market..

Following an exciting period of growth an opportunity has become available for an Internal Recruiter to join the recruitment team of this leading services group. You will be responsible for providing recruitment advice to managers and staff and leading the hiring process for a broad range of roles. You will coordinate with all of the major stakeholders and manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process across the business. Directly sourcing and advertising a variety of these positions and undertaking first round interviews where required. This will include overseeing the hiring managers expectations and influencing when required.
 
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years recruitment experience of hiring corporate focused positions and have experience working in a fast paced environment (agency or in-house).
