Due to an internal promotion they are looking to hire an experienced senior manager to take over operational responsibility for their City commercial accounting and finance practice and grow the business to 20 professionals. Your background is one which encompasses executive recruitment, preferably though not exclusively in accounting and finance, staff leadership and development of both consultants and Managers, business performance and ongoing client development at senior executive level. Although you will be very operationally focused, a thirst to win and deliver some key "C level" assignments for clients is essential. Your key deliverables will be to effectively manage ‘People and Profit’ and take the business to the next level.
