Hemisphere Consulting was established in 2002 to provide a highly specialised, executive search service to the recruitment consulting industry.
Our client base across Australia, UK and Asia contains many of the most highly regarded recruitment firms within their particular disciplines, many of whom consistently engage us to source their 'critical hire' appointments.
We appreciate that entrusting another recruiter to be impartial when it comes to your own career is a difficult thing to do, however there is a reason that more and more experienced recruiters come and talk to us. We have developed a reputation for being genuine advisers, not salespeople. Most of the people we place have already spent time discussing their careers with us many years before we place them....a fact not lost on our competitors. That is why we do not feel the need to continually advertise our services.
